What you need

Instructions
to make the marinade, whisk together the ginger, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, sriracha, maple syrup, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. in a large dish, add the salmon filets and cover them with 1/2 of the sauce, reserving half on the side. leave the filets skin side up and let marinate while preparing the other ingredients. cover the broccolini with oil, salt, and black pepper. set aside. remove the Combi Cooker Pan from the Combi and pour in the rice and coconut milk. mix well to combine, then add the pan back to the Combi. remove the bake tray from the Combi and add the salmon filets to one side of the tray. add the broccolini to the other side of the tray and add it back to the Combi. set the Combi to the Combi Meals setting at 350 degrees for 12 minutes and press start. when the timer ends, remove the Combi Cooker Pan and bake tray. mix the lime juice and additional salt into the coconut rice, then serve alongside the salmon and broccolini. enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.View original recipe
