Easy Healthy One Pot Pasta
Just throw everything together in a deep skillet or pot, let simmer, & enjoy less than 30 mins later
What you need

yellow onion

lb ground turkey
garlic
tsp salt

tsp black peppercorn

tsp crushed red pepper
tsp italian seasoning
tsp dried oregano

tomato sauce

cup penne pasta
Instructions
heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, ~5 minutes. add in the ground turkey and brown it all over. add the garlic + spices, mix to combine and sauté for 3-5 minutes. pour in the tomato sauce, water, & pasta. stir to combine well & make sure the pasta is fully covered. add more water if needed. cover and cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked. stir, then serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. enjoy!! 🫶💕View original recipe
