
Chocolate Pumpkin Freezer Bark
If you used a few tablespoons of pumpkin purée for a recipe but hate to waste the leftovers, make this simple pumpkin freezer bark!! 🎃🍂🤎 Perfect for keeping in the freezer when the craving for a ~little treat~ hits 🥰
What you need

cup pumpkin puree

tbsp coconut oil

cup almond butter
cup dark chocolate chips

tbsp maple syrup

salt
Instructions
line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. mix all of the first layer ingredients in a mixing bowl until it is a smooth, uniform mixture. pour it onto the sheet pan and use a spatula to spread it into a thin layer. place in the freezer for 20 minutes. while it freezes, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl in 30 second increments in the microwave. once the 20 minutes are up, pour the melted chocolate on top of the pumpkin almond butter layer and spread it out evenly. immediately top with the walnuts and flaky salt, then place back in the freezer for 20 more minutes. once the bark is fully frozen, use your hands to break it into ~2 inch by ~2 inch pieces, then store in an airtight container in the freezer. enjoy as a chilly sweet snack!! 🤎View original recipe
