Cashew Chili Lettuce Wraps

What you need

cilantro
scallion

romaine lettuce

raw cashews

maple syrup

sesame oil

sriracha

rice vinegar

braggs liquid aminos

crushed red pepper

ginger root

garlic

pepper

salt

ground chicken

avocado oil
Instructions
start by heating the oil on medium heat in a skillet, then add the ground chicken and fully cook. add the spices, give everything a mix and let it get aromatic. then add in the coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha, and honey and mix again. let the sauce reduce for about 5 minutes, then mix in the cashews and remove from heat. serve by filling your lettuce wraps with the mixture and topping with green onion, sesame seeds, & cilantro. enjoy!! 💕View original recipe
