What you need

tbsp chia seed

cup rolled oats

cup almond milk

banana

tbsp maple syrup

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In an 12oz jar, mash the banana until there are no big chunks. add in the oats, chia seeds, and hemp seeds and stir to combine all ingredients. pour in the almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup and mix again until evenly mixed. put a lid on the jar and refrigerate overnight to set. keep refrigerated for up to five days. enjoy!!View original recipe
