Summer Kale Salad with BBQ Salmon

This salad is PERFECT for a summer night—it’s light but still very filling & substantial—PLUS you get to use my homemade bbq sauce 😍 but don’t worry, you can use your own bbq sauce if you’d like!

What you need

bbq sauce
lime

cilantro

avocado

red cabbage

black beans

corn kernel
lacinato kale
salmon

ground black pepper

salt

chili seasoning mix

onion powder

garlic powder

braggs liquid aminos

honey

apple cider vinegar

diced tomatoes with green chilies
Instructions
to make the bbq sauce, whisk all of the sauce ingredients together in a bowl until smooth, then spread 1-2 tbsp of the sauce on each salmon filet, cover well, and airfry on 400 degrees for 7-9 mins, until cooked to your preference. set the remaining bbq sauce aside. make the salad by first massaging the kale with oil and salt and letting sit at least 10 mins. then mix in all of the other salad ingredients. serve each salad with the finished salmon filet on top, an extra drizzle of the bbq sauce, and enjoy!! 💕View original recipe
