heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium heat and sauté the diced onion until translucent, ~5 minutes. add in the ground turkey and brown it all over. add the garlic + spices, mix to combine and sauté for 3-5 minutes. pour in the tomato sauce, water, & pasta. stir to combine well & make sure the pasta is fully covered. add more water if needed. cover and cook on medium heat for 12-15 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked. stir, then serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days. enjoy!! 🫶💕
