start by heating the oil on medium heat in a skillet, then add the ground chicken and fully cook. add the spices, give everything a mix and let it get aromatic. then add in the coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha, and honey and mix again. let the sauce reduce for about 5 minutes, then mix in the cashews and remove from heat. serve by filling your lettuce wraps with the mixture and topping with green onion, sesame seeds, & cilantro. enjoy!! 💕
